Position: Roving Works Operative
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Location: Nationally based, Travel & Overnight stays required most weeks
Your Role:
- You will be responsible for carrying out small building works and general maintenance tasks as directed by your line manager and head of property services.
- These works will include wet room refurbishments, kitchen fitting, fire door installations, plastering, decorating, and general plumbing.
- The roll is national and will require you to generally be away from home four nights a week. Hotel accommodation is provided along with a £20.00 evening meal allowance and a cooked breakfast.
- You will generally be working alone, although some projects will require you to work along side another works team member.
- Full driving license essential as vehicle supplied.
